How to search for products online

POWER SEARCH - This search function is found on all pages on the left hand side.  This search function allows you to search in a very defined way.  You can break down your search results by gender, brand, category, fragrance family and price bands.

There are many search combinations,  the below are a few examples.

• Selecting womens only = All womens items.
• Selecting womens and a family = All womens items in that family.
• Selecting womens and a brand = All womens items under that brand.
• Selecting womens and a category = All womens items in that category.
• Selecting a brand = All items under that brand.
  
• Selecting a category = All items in that category.
• Selecting a family = All items in that family.
  

NAME SEARCH - This search function is found under the Power Search on the left hand side of the page.  It contains the names of all items for sale on our website.  By selecting a name in this search allows you to bring up all the items online relating to that items name.

KEYWORD SEARCH - This search is found under the Name Search on the left hand side of the page.  This search field allows you to type anything into it.  It searches the products online for those words you enter.

CATEGORIES MENU - You can search all our products from the categories Sub Menu.  This menu is found under the Main Menu and allows you to go directly to product categories. Searching for products in this way does not allow you do define your search as well as using our power search function.

LATEST ARRIVALS - You can search for the latest products from the Categories Menu.  The latest arrivals page lists all the new products online.  This page makes it easy to find our new products.

ON SALE NOW - You can search for our specials from the Categories Menu.  The on sale now page lists all the specials online.  This page makes it easy to find our specials.

How to open a member account

To open a member account with us, click the "login" link at the top of the page or the "become a member" link under the my account drop down menu.  The next page will provide you with a login screen.  Click the "sign up" button, complete your shipping and billing information and enter your E-Mail address and choose a password.  It's that easy!

Click the "login" link at the top of the page or the "login" link under the my account drop down menu, the next page will provide you with a login screen.  Here you enter your E-Mail address and password to get access to your account.

How to change your account details

To change your account details, login to your account via the "login" link at the top of the page or the "Login" link under the my account drop down menu.  Once logged in you can change any/all of your account details. 

NB: If you are not currently logged in, you will be promoted to login before you can change your account details.

How to recover a forgotten password

If you have forgotten your account password, you can retrieve your password by E-Mail via the "login" link at the top of the page or the "login" link under the my account drop down menu.  You can also phone us on Telephone on 1300 400 219 (Toll Free) and we can reset your password whilst on the phone.

How to view your current shopping cart

You can view your current shopping cart by clicking the "view cart/checkout" link that is next to the "login" link at the top of the page or by clicking the "view shopping cart" link under the my account drop down menu.

How to save your shopping cart

• Saved Cart - Not logged In / Cookie saved on your PC - You can save your shopping cart by clicking the "save this cart" link on the view shopping cart page.  Your current cart is saved in a cookie on your computer so that you can come back and restore it at a later date.  In all cases you can revise what you restore, alter quantities, delete items and add additional items to your carts.  The cart names can be anything you like and you can have any number of carts saved.  You do not need to be registered to use this facility.  If you delete your cookies on your PC your cart will be lost.

• Wishlist - Logged in / Saved on our Website - You can save your shopping cart by clicking the "wishlist" link on the view shopping cart page.  Your current cart is saved in our website database so that you can come back and restore it at a later date.  In all cases you can revise what you restore, alter quantities, delete items and add additional items to your carts.  The cart names can be anything and you can have any number of carts saved.  You must be registered in order to use this facility.

How to restore your saved shopping cart from a previous visit

• Saved Cart - You can restore your cart from the account administration menu by clicking  the "cart administration" link or via the "save/restore shopping cart" link under the my account drop down menu.

• Wish List - You can restore your wishlist from the account administration menu by clicking the "wishlist view" link or via the "view wishlist" link under the my account drop down menu.
  

How to restore your previous orders

You can restore a previous order from the account administration menu by clicking the "review previous orders" link or by clicking the "view/restore previous orders" link under the my account drop down menu.

Restoring previous orders allows you to add all of the items from a previous order to your current cart.

How to view your previous orders

You can view your previous orders from the account administration menu by clicking the "review previous orders" link or by clicking the "view/restore previous orders" link under the my account drop down menu.  You are presented with a list of your past orders.  There are links for each order that allows you to view, restore, track and print.

How to remove an item from your shopping cart

To remove an item from your cart first go to your shopping cart by clicking "view cart/checkout" link that is next to the "login" link at the top of the page or by clicking the "view shopping cart" link under the my account drop down menu.  For each item that you would like to delete, click on the box under the remove column relating to the item you want removed, a tick will appear next to the item.  Click on the "recalculate" button.  The item will now be removed from your shopping cart.

How to change the quantity of an item in your shopping cart

To change the quantity of an item in your cart first go to your shopping cart by clicking on the "view cart/checkout" link that is next to the "login" link at the top of the page or by clicking the "view shopping cart" link under the my account drop down menu.  For each item that you would like to change, you change the quantity relating to that item.  Click on the "recalculate" button.  The quantity will now be updated in your shopping cart.

To access your account administration menu, click the "account administration" link under the my account drop down menu.

How to write a product review

If you would like to review a product to help other shoppers when they are deciding on which products to buy, you can write a product review.  To review a product, simply go to the page for that product.  Click the more info button, you will see a "review product" link.  Clicking on this link will take you to the write-a-review page, where you can tell everyone what you think of that product.
