Common Fragrances out of stock and ordered are dispatched in 3 - 5 days.

Rare Fragrances out of stock and ordered are dispatched in 7 - 12 days.

Products in stock are dispatched within 24 hours.

Stock availability

All items displayed on our website are available.

The products on our website are a mix of stock held, stock not held and stock on order with our suppliers.  Our website is updated on a regular basis to reflect accurately what is available.

Common Fragrances are received from our suppliers twice a week to cover our clients orders in a timely manner.  Rare Fragrances have a longer lead time as these are not available in Australia.  We import rare fragrances.

Fragrances are alcohol based and do have an optimal usage life of 18 months.  We utilize our distributors inventory rather than hold large amounts of inventory. We guarantee the fragrances we sell have as much self life as possible this way.

There is a trade off on Fast Delivery versus Product Freshness due to this.

Order confirmations

After your order is placed on our website, we send a confirmation E-Mail to you which includes details of your order.

Order status

We advise you if there are any delays or stock issues with your order.

Order dispatch

When we dispatch your order, we E-Mail you to let you know it's safely on it's way.

Address changes

You need to advise us in writing at orders@fragrancechoice.com.au of any address changes.

All orders are sent insured against loss and damage.

Post Office boxes

We send to post office boxes.

Nobody at address to receive parcel

Delivery is provided by Australia Post's registered post.  If you are not at home or your business premises are unoccupied when Australia Post attempts delivery, you will receive a calling card advising of attempted delivery.  Australia Post will then keep your parcel at your nearest Post Office until you can pick it up.
