At this present time Fragrance Choice is delivery based, it's not possible to pick-up your order.

Registering before you buy

When you purchase from Fragrance Choice you need to create an account with us.  This account allows you to track your order history, set various options and most importantly saves you from re-typing your contact/delivery details every time you place an order.

How to order

Online ordering is easy; simply find the product you would like using our search feature on the left hand side of the page.  When you find the product you would like, click on the 'order' button.  To find another product click the "continue shopping" button or click the "checkout" button if you have finished shopping.  If you have an account, enter your login information to checkout, otherwise complete your shipping and billing information and create yourself a new membership account.

Canceling an order

To cancel your order, please have your order number handy and E-Mail us at orders@fragrancechoice.com.au or we can be phoned on 1300 400 219 (Toll Free).  If your order has not been dispatched or is currently on backorder you may cancel your order and refunds will be provided if payments have already been made.

Different ship to address

When you checkout, you have two choices.  You can click the "copy billing details" box which copies your billing details to the shipping details, or you can manually enter different shipping details by not clicking the copy billing details box.
